Okay, I will admit that I am a little late with the whole exercise and fitness dvds concept. As any fool can see, they've been on the market for some time now. Take your pick from a massive array of exercise, weight training, martial arts and fitness dvds. Heck, you can even enjoy yoga DVDs now days. Speaking of which; I actually purchased one of the yoga DVDs. It is called "Yoga for Beginners." I must say that my wife and I do enjoy it. It's very easy to do in the home, and works as a great morning stretch. So, you also must have some interest in physical activity. Now I want you to think really hard. What are the things you actually enjoy that fall into a fitness/exercise category? Oh, by the way, watching football and eating potato chips doesn't count. Nor does watching home shows and drinking lattes or wine. Yeah, that's right; I'm familiar with the contemporary habits of both genders. What you need in your life is some sufficient physical activity. Something that will get your heart rate up and your blood pumping. You want to burn that fat away and reveal those abs beneath.
