The talented staff includes Executive Chef Mark Dowers and Lunch Chef Larry Tavernetti, they turn out an acclaimed menu of ethnically influenced seasonal Northwest cuisine. The menu offerings are revised each month to reflect seasonal changes and the artistry of the chef. In addition, daily specials are also offered.
Caprial and John Pence opened the Bistro in 1992 as a cozy 26-seat restaurant. A major remodel in 1998 transformed the Bistro into a 60-seat restaurant with an open kitchen, a full bar, and a private dining room perfect for special events and intimate cooking classes.
