The restaurant is appealing and intimate. With wood floors and warm mustard colored walls along with white cloth tablecloths and purple napkins make it feel upscale and romantic. Large windows and colorful artwork add to the ambience of the restaurant and the copper ceiling and lighting make it feel very cozy. For outside dining large French doors lead to an outdoor deck, which is popular in warm weather.
Filberts strives for the freshest possible ingredients in their dishes. They work with local vendors who provide seasonal, high quality foodstuffs from sustainable and environmentally conscious farming and harvesting methods. Their dishes are crafted to highlight the natural flavor and goodness of these ingredients. Their food has the reputation of being outstandingly delicious. Deserts are wonderful so don't forget to save room for Crème Brule or the Chocolate Chess served in a Hazelnut tart shell with a scoop of crème fraiche ice cream.
