Roux offers an excellent dining choice in North Portland, in the Overlook area. Just a block away from the North Portland MAX line. They transformed a former curtain factory into a huge neighborhood bistro, with multiple rooms. The tables are spaced close together, for a more intimate dining experience; dine at one of their semi secluded booths.
