Despite its name, Big Meadow Golf Course at BBR winds its way through a towering ponderosa pine forest. World renowned designer Robert Muir Graves created a masterpiece at Big Meadow. This classic 6,850*-yard, par-72 layout tests golfers with dozens of "cape and bay" bunkers and immaculate greens. A complete remodel of Big Meadow's bunkers has put the strategy back into the way this golf course is played. *New for 2006 are remodeled tees, making the course 7,000 yards from the Championship tees. The tee shapes have been returned to their original curvilinear design. Offering a stunning view of Three Fingered Jack's jagged peak, Big Meadow's signature 14th hole is one of the most spectacular golf holes anywhere.
Glaze Meadow Golf Course challenges golfers with a more contemporary 6,574-yard, par 72 layout, designed by Gene "Bunny" Mason. This unique layout includes five par-5's, five par-3's, and tree lined fairways to challenge players of all levels. Golf of this caliber has placed Black Butte Ranch among the ranks with many top-notch resorts.
