This beautiful run is a combination of city and park. It will start and fnish in Bridgeport Village in front of Split dine and drink and Regal Cinema. The route takes you behind Bridgeport Village on Durham Road through a quiet neighborhood and into Cook Park. Then you'll run along the Tualatin River for a relaxing scenic route through Tualatin Park and over the river to Upper Boones Ferry Road. Then head north and take a right on Lower Boones Ferry Road through Club Sports parking lot, where you will be greeted with water. You'll continue up 72nd and maneuver through Bridgeport Village to get to Regal Cinema & Split Dine and Drink for the finish line!
About The Race
This run is a fun 1st Annual event that will take place right in front of Split dine and drink & Regal Cinema in Bridgeport Village. This is a10K run (all ages) along with a Kids Split (ages 3 – 12 yrs). The run will start and Finish at Regal Cinema. After the run, stay and party! They will have a post-race event with live music (7 piece Carribean, Island Band), great food, expos, awards and festivities. It wouldn’t be right to run the 10 Cane 10k without having a 10 Cane Mojito after the race or a refreshing glass of wine! You can also Re-Energize with a cold Red Bull. There will be other non-alcoholic beverages for persons under the age of 21.
Included in Registration: T-shirt, Great Food, Libations, a packet of goodies, store offers, and gifts. After the run, stay, shop, dance, have a drink or catch a movie. Enjoy Bridgeport Village!
Kids Split
The Kids Split is for the small fries, ages 3 - 12 years old. It begins at approximately 9:30 AM. The run will take place after the 10K Run. All dashers will receive a ribbon for participation. This is a fun race from Split Dine and Drink to Pastini’s Restaurant. Club Sport T-shirt included.
Post Event Activities
Live Music - David Valdez Latin Jazz Quintet. Booths, Festivities and Expo at Regal Cinema and Split Dine and Drink.
Enjoy Bridgeport Village! Included with registration: Food, Libations, and a Packet of Goodies, including Store offers and gifts. After the run stay and shop, have a drink, or catch a movie.
