The Oregon Garden is excited to announce their 9th Annual Earth Day Celebration. Theme: Green Footprints. The Oregon Garden is going green! Raw Food” and “Green Fashion” are just some of the featured topics at this year’s Earth Day Celebration taking place at The Oregon Garden. This is the only day of the year that admission to The Oregon Garden and to the event is free to all. This year's focus is on methods and meanings for lessoning our impact on the enviornment and natural resources, thereby "walking with green footprints."
As many as 40 educational exhibitors, including non-profit groups, student groups and government organizations, will interact with the public in The Oregon Garden’s Grand Hall. Private industry exhibitors will display environmentally themed products, and plants and art will be available for purchase, too.
